Overview
Texecom is one of Europe's largest independent intruder alarm manufacturers, headquartered in Bury, UK, and known for the Premier Elite and Veritas series of commercial and residential alarm panels. The Premier Elite range, including the Premier Elite 640 (640-zone) panel, supports Texecom's proprietary Ricochet mesh wireless technology, which enables self-healing multi-hop wireless sensor communication and is certified to EN50131 Grades 2 and 3. Texecom's dual-tech (PIR + microwave) motion detectors are widely used in European commercial markets for high-false-alarm-immunity environments. The SmartCom communicator platform enables IP, Wi-Fi, and 4G cloud connectivity to the Texecom cloud management system for remote management and monitoring. While primarily a European brand, Texecom products have a growing presence in Canadian commercial security installations through specialist distributors.
