Cyderes is a managed security services provider formed in 2022 from the merger of Herjavec Group, the Toronto firm founded by Robert Herjavec, and the US-based Fishtech Group. It delivers MDR, co-managed SIEM, incident response, and identity and access management from multiple security operations centres. The company retains a Toronto office and Canadian delivery operations alongside a US co-headquarters in Kansas City. It is majority owned by private equity firm Apax Partners.
