Aiphone is the intercom specialist: a Japanese family company that has built door and video entry systems since 1948 and treats the category with a focus most conglomerates cannot match. The IX Series put the line on IP networks with SIP interoperability, PoE, and direct integration into the major access control and VMS platforms, while the venerable analog lines still serve retrofit and budget work.

In Canada, Aiphone is effectively the default specification for school entry vestibules and healthcare screening points, where its reliability reputation and lockdown workflow integrations carry weight.
