Delta Controls is a Canadian manufacturer of Building Automation System products, founded in 1980 and headquartered in Surrey, British Columbia, with all research, product development, and manufacturing performed at the Surrey facility. The company is recognized as a global leader in open-protocol BAS and was instrumental in the development and evolution of BACnet, which is now the dominant open protocol in the building automation industry. Delta's HVAC controller range covers the full spectrum from large supervisory systems (Delta Envelope) to programmable controllers and communicating thermostats, deployed in over 80 countries through a network of 300+ authorized distributors. Delta Controls also offers integrated lighting and access control functionality within the same BACnet framework, providing a unified building controls platform.
